Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Social Media Executive who understands content, trends, audience psychology, and digital growth. The ideal candidate should be able to manage social media accounts, create engaging content ideas, coordinate creatives, and support Meta ad campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for clients
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Write captions, hooks, and content briefs
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for content production
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
- Schedule and publish posts/reels consistently
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare basic reports
- Assist in running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns
- Research competitors and suggest growth strategies
- Brainstorm campaign and reel ideas for different industries
Requirements
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Passion for digital marketing and branding
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling brand pages
- Knowledge of performance marketing
- Reel scripting and trend research
- Basic copywriting skills
- Photography/videography sense is a plus
