UnifyCX is growing, and we're looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function in India.
In this role, you will oversee the talent acquisition strategy and execution across our three India sites, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our continued growth. You'll lead a high-performing recruitment team, partner closely with business leaders, and drive innovative hiring strategies that align with organizational objectives.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Partner with the VP of Operations – India and the Global VP of Talent Acquisition & People to anticipate hiring needs and support business growth.
- Analyze workforce trends and hiring forecasts to proactively address talent gaps and develop scalable recruiting strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for both high-volume hiring and specialized talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
- Stay informed on labor market trends, emerging recruiting technologies, and social media strategies to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure hiring plans align with operational and client requirements.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment performance, challenges, and hiring initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, cost-per-hire, and recruiter productivity.
- Leverage data, analytics, and reporting to identify opportunities for process improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools to drive operational excellence.
- Minimum of 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years leading recruitment teams.
- Proven experience supporting high-volume BPO/contact center hiring while also recruiting for technical, corporate, and niche roles.
- Demonstrated success developing scalable sourcing strategies across diverse talent segments.
- Strong understanding of the India talent market, particularly in Hyderabad and Mangalore. Candidates should currently reside in or have significant recruiting experience in one of these locations.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and clients, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and workforce strategy.
- Well-established professional network, including relationships with recruitment vendors, universities, industry associations, and talent communities.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, recruitment technologies, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
