*About the Role*
We are hiring an *HR Manager* for a leading hospital in Kotputli. This role will own end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You’ll streamline hiring, ensure compliance, and support staff across clinical and non-clinical teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Talent Acquisition:* Lead hiring & sourcing for medical, paramedical, and admin roles
- *Employee Lifecycle:* Manage pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-hiring processes
- *Compliance:* Handle statutory requirements – ESI, PF, labour laws, and *Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act (SH Act)*
- *HR Operations:* Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR policies specific to hospitals
- *Employee Relations:* Address grievances, ensure policy adherence, and foster a positive work culture
- *Reporting:* Use *MS Excel* and hospital HRMS tools for data, attendance, and payroll coordination
*Requirements*
- *Experience:* Minimum 2 years in HR. Hospital/Healthcare administration background preferred
- *Skills:* Strong English communication – written and verbal. Detail-oriented with excellent listening skills
- *Technical:* Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools used in hospital setups
- *Knowledge:* Labour compliance, ESI, PF, recruitment strategies, and legal documentation
- *Traits:* Organized, proactive, and able to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
