Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates for clients.
- Handle basic technical drawings and costing-related tasks.
- Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Attend virtual meetings and presentations with clients.
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face meetings as required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Requirements
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.) is mandatory.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
