Job Summary:
The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, baking, decorating, and presenting cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolates, and other bakery products while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and desserts.
- Decorate cakes and pastries as per company standards.
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements.
- Follow recipes and production schedules.
- Minimize wastage and handle ingredients efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience in bakery and pastry production.
- Knowledge of cake decoration and baking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : 20000-30000 + Accommodation & Food
