We are hiring a passionate and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, pitch our IT services, and close business deals.
The role involves on-field client meetings and business development for our digital services division.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit clients and businesses for sales meetings
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and references
- Pitch company services confidently and professionally
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
- Maintain healthy client relationships for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, and closures
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good sales and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of IT and digital services
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Ability to work independently in field sales
- Prior experience in sales/business development preferred

- Incentives: 10% Incentive on Final Delivery Value per Closed Lead
