Leonardo Office is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach to resolving technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. IT / BCA / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support roles.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users through phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
- Record, track, and document support requests through the ticketing system.
- Assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations.
- Prepare and maintain user manuals, documentation, and training materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance system and software utilization.
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
