We've delivered 1,000+ projects across 500+ clients in 50+ niches — working as the technical execution partner for marketing agencies across the US, UK, UAE, and Australia.
We're now running paid acquisition for our own brand and we need someone who can own it end-to-end.
The Role
We're looking for a Meta Ads Manager to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram — driving booked scoping calls for SaaSyway's white-label dev services.
This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be hands-on with campaign structure, creative testing, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance reporting — and directly accountable for cost-per-booked-call as the core success metric.
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and launch Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Advantage+, manual campaigns, retargeting)
- Develop and test multiple ad creative angles — pain-led, proof-led, curiosity-led — and identify what actually converts
- Manage and optimize budget allocation across campaigns based on cost-per-booked-call, not just CTR or CPM
- Build and refine audience targeting — cold prospecting, lookalike audiences, retargeting segments
- Work closely with our content/design team to brief new creative based on performance data
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and UTM structures for accurate attribution
- A/B test landing pages, ad copy, and creative formats continuously
- Report weekly on key metrics: CPL, CPA, cost-per-booked-call, ROAS
- Stay current on Meta platform changes, policy updates, and new ad formats
- Collaborate with our sales team to understand which leads convert best, and feed that insight back into targeting
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns with real budget responsibility
- Proven track record of driving down cost-per-acquisition over time — not just spending budget
- Strong understanding of the Meta Ads Manager platform: campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience builder, Pixel setup
- Experience with B2B or service-based business advertising (agency, SaaS, consulting, or similar — bonus if you've run ads for white-label or CRM/automation businesses)
- Comfortable analyzing data and making budget decisions independently — we want ownership, not just execution
- Familiarity with landing page conversion principles (you don't need to build pages, but you need to know what converts)
- Excellent written communication — you'll be reporting results clearly, not burying us in jargon
- Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or CRM-based lead tracking

- Clear, data-backed recommendations on what to scale and what to kill

Compensation & Structure
- Full-time, remote
- Competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to cost-per-booked-call targets
