Key Responsibilities
- Inspect bed sheets at different stages of production.
- Check fabric for defects such as stains, holes, weaving faults, loose threads, and color variations.
- Verify product measurements according to company specifications.
- Ensure stitching quality, seam strength, and finishing meet standards.
- Inspect printed and dyed fabrics for color consistency and print accuracy.
- Reject or report defective products and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper folding, labeling, and packaging before dispatch.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in textile or bed sheet manufacturing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of fabric types, stitching, and textile quality standards.
- Ability to identify defects accurately.
- Good attention to detail and observation skills.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
