Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to design and develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of ERP solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing ERP system performance.
- Knowledge of database management and scripting languages relevant to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
