An HVAC Service Manager oversees the daily operations of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service department. Their primary goal is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and department profitability by managing dispatch, maintaining safety standards, and driving service revenue.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor service technicians. This includes hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Manage daily service calls and preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and efficient routing.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, callback rates, and service agreement conversions to drive profitability.
- Customer Relations: Handle elevated customer complaints, build client relationships, and ensure uniform, high-quality service experiences.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and regional HVAC industry standards.
- Financial Oversight: Review service reports, invoices, job costing, and department budgets to maintain targeted profit margins.
- Inventory Control: Oversee the procurement, tracking, and management of parts and equipment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
