About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with 0–2 years of experience to join
our Talent Acquisition team. Candidates with prior experience in sales, business
development, customer handling, or other people-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a
passion for hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
● Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define role
expectations.
● Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
● Maintain a candidate database and track hiring metrics.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer service, or
similar roles.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities (especially for candidates from sales
backgrounds).
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
● Candidates with sales or EdTech experience, especially those used to achieving
monthly/weekly targets.
● Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an advantage.
● Comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-driven culture
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
