We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to take on a key leadership role. In this position, you'll be responsible for inspiring our creative team, driving innovation, and cultivating high-impact partnerships with our clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related
discipline.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, email
marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital tools, technologies, and social media trends.
- Experience in managing clients as well as leading or coordinating with teams.
- Strong communication abilities, along with excellent problem-solving, strategic
thinking, and leadership skills.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships to establish trust and
credibility.
- Assess client requirements through in-person or virtual meetings to define their digital goals.
- Presenting effective social media strategies and training to clients when needed.
- Execute tasks directly or delegate responsibilities effectively across the team.
- Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement.
- Responsible for the approvals of the workflow.
- Manage project tools such as ClickUp, Trello, and communication platforms.
- Analyze digital advertising performance and prepare detailed weekly or monthly reports.
