Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing & Business Development:
- Promote Astitva Multipurpose Services Pvt Ltd services directly to clients: Housekeeping, Manpower Solutions, Catering, Event Management, Security Services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to potential clients.
- Identify and generate new business leads in assigned territories.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personal interactions.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored service solutions.
- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and local networking activities.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0–2 years experience in field marketing, business development, or sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in face-to-face client interactions.
- Ability to travel within assigned areas.
