At NuVista AI, we are driven by innovation and growth. We are seeking a proactive HR & Talent Operations Coordinator to join our team and ensure we have a seamless talent lifecycle, from hiring to onboarding, compliance, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions and define hiring needs.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Collect job requirements and coordinate approval processes for new roles.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring, ensuring all compliance steps are met.
- Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have access to systems, complete SOWs, and fulfill all compliance requirements.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, ensuring smooth exits and return of company assets.
- Manage weekly compliance checks—ensure all employees are on Hubstaff and submitting timesheets.
- Track time spent on tasks and report to the hiring team for capacity planning.
- Create and distribute weekly productivity reports to managers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in HR, recruitment coordination, or talent operations.
- Experience with posting jobs, coordinating intakes, and managing the full hiring cycle.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding/offboarding compliance and HR documentation (e.g., SOWs, time tracking tools).
- Proficiency with HR tools, especially Hubstaff or similar time/task management platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to report on key metrics to leadership.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
