About the Role The Senior Domain Manager will ensure compliance with applicable Data Protection and Privacy Guidelines and Acts. This role involves creating awareness among employees, designing training materials, and defining policies to ensure compliance with data privacy standards. The goal is to manage stakeholders and ensure smooth functioning of daily tasks while handling fast-changing regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with applicable Data Protection and Privacy Guidelines and Acts.
- Creating awareness among employees and designing training materials on Data Privacy.
- Identifying personal/sensitive data via discovery scans, classifying data, and guiding stakeholders on appropriate handling.
- Defining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Assisting with BRD development and coordinating with stakeholders for solutions related to Consent Management, Consent Revocation, and Data Erasure.
- Designing DFDs, maintaining ROPAs, performing PIAs and DPIAs, as per internal requirements.
- Closing identified gaps in PIA, Internal Audits, and Statutory Audits.
- Managing stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Operations, and IT to ensure smooth functioning of daily tasks.
- Participating in management reporting and governance committee presentations.
- Assisting and coordinating audits.
- Preparing management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Performing trend analysis compared to the outcome of previous values of KRIs.
Requirements
- Having a computer graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in information security.
- Being a team player who can collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PPT.
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL, Java, Python, and Linux is an added advantage.
- Holding a Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, LL.B, or any other relevant Information Security or Data Privacy Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Good to Have
- Desirable certifications include CIPP, CIPT, CIPM, and ISO27701.
