Goal: Run daily HR operations and support the employee lifecycle.
Key Tasks:
- Hiring: Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Onboarding: Handle paperwork and orientation for new staff.
- Admin: Manage payroll, attendance, and employee databases.
- Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Compliance: Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed.
Top Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Excel.
