About the Role
AltiusNxt Technologies is looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure & Systems Executive to independently own and manage the company's entire IT infrastructure and systems landscape. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the BUH and CEO, ideal for someone who takes ownership, works with minimal supervision, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's complete IT infrastructure — networks, servers, systems, hardware, and software assets
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization, troubleshooting issues promptly
- Proactively identify areas to optimize or upgrade IT systems and infrastructure rather than waiting for issues to be reported
- Review and audit company IT practices against ISO data security standards; drive corrective actions and documentation
- Implement and monitor data security protocols, access controls, and backup/recovery processes
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network needs
- Support cloud infrastructure management where applicable (added advantage, not mandatory)
- Handle multiple concurrent tasks/tickets across departments with patience and structured prioritization
- Prepare periodic reports on system health, security posture, and improvement initiatives for leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/systems administration
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and system security fundamentals
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar data security/compliance frameworks (or willingness to learn and drive compliance)
- Cloud computing knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP) — added advantage
- Strong multitasking ability, ownership mindset, and patience to manage cross-functional IT needs
- Good communication skills to liaise directly with leadership and vendors
Preferred
- Candidates based in Coimbatore
- Prior experience directly supporting leadership/senior management on IT matters
