Fullestop is a leading digital solutions company specializing in web, mobile, and enterprise applications. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can effectively manage client expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and project requirements.
- Create project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and project reviews.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Track project KPIs and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with logistics-domain stakeholders to understand operational workflows and business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT services or software development environment.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience working on Logistics domain projects.
- Strong experience managing both Mobile App (iOS/Android) and Web Development projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, project planning, estimation, and risk management.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, transportation management, warehouse management, or supply chain processes.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
