Aqua J1 Technologies is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to manage showroom sales activities and deliver an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining a professional showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, specifications, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Generate and maintain customer inquiry records.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team Lead and sales team members for follow-ups and closures.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure product displays are presentable.
- Update CRM and sales records accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and order processing.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, sales coordination, customer service, or front-office roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Experience in home appliances, electronics, retail, telecom, banking, insurance, or automobile showrooms is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
