We're looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives who are passionate about meeting clients, generating business opportunities, and helping organizations adopt the right technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients, businesses, and organizations to present SOLVIONTECH's software solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our digital solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams for successful project delivery.
- Maintain daily reports of client meetings and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, IT Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and presentation skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license will be preferred.
