We are seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Professor – Finance to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Accounting and Finance disciplines, with a passion for teaching, research, and academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria
- M.Com or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution
- Ph.D. preferred
- Candidates with expertise in both Accounting and Finance subjects will be given preference
- Relevant Accounting experience is mandatory
Desired Profile
- Teaching experience in MBA/PGDM programmes
- Strong academic and research orientation
- Ability to independently handle core and elective courses in Finance and Accounting
- Sound knowledge of Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting, Taxation, and related subjects
- Industry experience in Finance/Accounting domains will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching in Finance and Accounting courses
- Develop course content, assessments, and learning materials
- Guide student projects, internships, and research activities
- Contribute to research publications, conferences, and academic development initiatives
- Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities
