Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate qualified leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, location, offers, and key USPs.
- Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements and budget.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and closures.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling/tele-sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English; Punjabi will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
