Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to travel packages.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and
international holiday packages.
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively pitching travel products
and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and
referrals.
Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information regarding travel itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and policies.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless booking and post-sales experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Mandatory Candidate Criteria
6 months to 1 year of B2C Travel Sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Confidence in handling customer objections and closing sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
