Position Summary
GIBS Mind Valley & GIBS Business School invites applications from dynamic, technology-driven professionals for the positions of IT Manager / IT Executive to support and strengthen institutional technology infrastructure, digital initiatives, and day-to-day IT operations across academic and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support campus-wide IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and technology platforms.

Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations and user support services.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.

Support implementation and administration of ERP, LMS, CRM, and institutional digital systems.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Ensure data security, backups, cybersecurity practices, and compliance requirements.

Maintain IT assets, software licenses, inventory records, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, upgrades, and service support.

Provide technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students.

Assist in technology-driven initiatives and institutional digital transformation projects.

Prepare reports and ensure timely resolution of IT-related requests and incidents.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Relevant Discipline.

Additional certifications in Networking, Cloud, System Administration, Cybersecurity, or ERP will be preferred.
Experience
-
IT Manager: 6–10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations.

IT Executive: 1–4 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations.

Experience in Educational Institutions will be an added advantage.
