Basic SOP for SRM's/Team Leader in a Maruti Suzuki Dealership
- To ensure effective team supervision, achievement of sales targets, process adherence, and delivery of a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with Maruti Suzuki Arena standards.
- Lead, guide, and monitor 4-5 Sales RMs
- Customer satisfaction and escalation handling
- Ensure daily target achievement
Ensure 100% CRM discipline:
- Leads updated
- Follow-ups recorded
- Bookings logged
Sharing daily reports:
- Walk-ins
- Enquiries
- Bookings
- Retail
Coordination with other Departments:
- Finance Team: Loan approvals and faster processing
- Insurance Team: Policy conversion and compliance
- Delivery Team: Timely and smooth vehicle delivery
- Workshop/PDI: Vehicle readiness and quality check
- Exchange: Ensure every eligible customer is pitched for exchange. Coordinate with evaluator/vendor for accurate pricing
- Promote Extended Warranty and CCP package benefits.
- Attend and make RM's attend regular product & soft skills training (Company provided)
- Learn from lost cases and improve pitch.
