- Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and referral networks.
- Generate OPD and IPD business through field visits and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop partnerships with corporates for employee eye check-up programs and wellness initiatives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Corporate Marketing
- Establish and manage relationships with corporate clients, schools, colleges, industries, and NGOs.
- Organize corporate eye screening camps, health awareness programs, and wellness activities.
- Coordinate with HR teams and management of organizations for health packages and annual check-up programs.

Referral & Relationship Management
- Strengthen referral networks with ophthalmologists, general physicians, optometrists, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote Maxivision services and specialties.
- Maintain referral data and monitor conversion rates.
- Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders and partners.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, CMEs, and promotional events.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the hospital at healthcare events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights for business growth strategies.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain daily visit reports (DVRs) and CRM records.
- Track lead generation, conversions, referral inflow, and campaign effectiveness.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
- Analyze market trends and recommend growth opportunities.
