Catalyst Education is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Field Marketing to strengthen institutional partnerships and convert field-generated opportunities into admissions. The BDM will lead and mentor the Field Marketing team, build strategic relationships with educational institutions, follow up on opportunities generated by the team, and drive admission growth across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Field Marketing team.
Build and strengthen relationships with colleges, schools, coaching centres, and other educational institutions.
Follow up on institutional connections and leads generated by the Field Marketing team.
Conduct meetings with institutional decision-makers to establish partnerships and admission opportunities.
Convert institutional opportunities into student admissions.
Plan and execute campus engagement activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare performance reports.
Identify new institutional partnership opportunities to expand market presence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA is preferred.
3+ years of experience in business development, field marketing, institutional sales, or education marketing.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in team handling is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala (Calicut, Kozhikode District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
