Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM or Excel.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professionalism and build long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
