Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations
- Lead complete automobile sales operations across showroom and field teams.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Monitor inquiry conversion, retail performance, and customer engagement.
- Ensure proper implementation of finance, insurance, and exchange activities.
Service Operations
- Supervise workshop and after-sales service operations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
- Monitor workshop productivity, service quality, and revenue generation.
- Improve customer retention and service experience.
- Ensure proper warranty and claim management.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key customers.
- Increase profitability through effective operational planning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage sales managers, service managers, and departmental staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and team development activities.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity across departments.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and resource utilization.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle major customer concerns and escalations.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and dealership reputation.
- Improve customer loyalty and repeat business.
Financial & Operational Control
- Monitor dealership profitability, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and performance analysis.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and business targets.
- Maintain inventory and operational controls.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain showroom and workshop quality standards.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and process discipline.
