Job Role
- Update pre-alert shipment information in our internal system (Shakti) as soon as it is received, and ensure shipment data remains accurate and current at all times.
- Prepare and circulate the daily shipment status report to the management and operations team every day without fail - on time, accurate, and clearly formatted.
- Before any shipment data is entered into the system, verify the key details - container number, vessel name, ETA, and client information - against the source documents.
- Do not enter data that has not been verified.
- Assist the operations team with documentation updates and system entries as shipments progress through their lifecycle.
- Provide direct operational support to senior team members for shipment tracking, coordination tasks, and documentation when required.
- Maintain organised digital records of all shipment documents, reports, and operational data, structured clearly enough that any team member can find what they need without asking you.
Pay: ₹10,826.72 - ₹31,488.09 per month
