Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, handle customer inquiries, and support daily office activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information
- Maintain visitor records and manage front office register
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable
- Assist in basic administrative tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive / Admin Assistant
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and handle customers politely
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
