Business Development Executive (Fresher)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Generate leads and support business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and educational partners.
- Present and explain the company's educational travel programs and services.
- Assist in conducting meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to expand business opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Educational background in Travel & Tourism, Tours & Travels, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Candidates with internship or academic exposure to the travel and tourism industry will be given preference.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
