Job Role
Shivasa Realty is looking for energetic and confident Pre-Sales Executives / Telecallers to engage with leads generated by the marketing team, explain project details, and convert inquiries into qualified site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with leads generated through digital and offline marketing
- Explain residential project details (location, pricing, amenities, payment plans)
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Convince prospects to schedule site visits
- Coordinate with sales managers and site teams for visit confirmation
- Update lead status and follow-ups in CRM / Excel
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette
- Basic understanding of real estate sales preferred (training will be provided)
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, or call management systems
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / inside sales is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
