Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Photoshop Designer with strong experience in AI-based design tools to support our fast-growing e-commerce business. In this role, you will create high-quality product images, lifestyle visuals, and promotional creative using a mix of expert Photoshop skills and modern AI design workflows. Your work will directly influence product presentation, conversion rates, and brand image across online marketplaces and our website.
Job Description:
- Retouch, clean up, and enhance product photos for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Create white-background product images, info graphics, comparison images, and feature highlights.
- Ensure consistent colour accuracy, lighting correction, and product detailing.
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, etc.) to generate lifestyle backgrounds, product scenes, and creative concepts.
- Produce AI-driven mock-ups and product story visuals to increase customer engagement.
- Blend AI-generated elements with Photoshop to create realistic, high-impact visuals.
- Design e-commerce banners, social media creative, promo ads, and product launch visuals.
- Create seasonal sale graphics, hero banners, and email marketing images.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and catalogue teams to deliver assets on time.
- Maintain organized PSD files and adhere to naming/formatting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (retouching, masking, compositing, colour correction).
· Experience using AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion).
· Strong experience with product image editing for e-commerce.
· Knowledge of online marketplace guidelines (Amazon A+ content, Google Shopping, etc.).
· Ability to create highly realistic AI-generated lifestyle images and merge them seamlessly.
· Solid understanding of lighting, shadows, colour balance, and visual composition.
· Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
· Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Light room is a plus.
· Ability to write effective AI prompts for accurate visual output.
