About Care Cubs
Care Cubs is a curriculum implementation partner working with schools across India to build future-ready Composite Skill Labs (CSL) and STEAM learning ecosystems aligned with NEP 2020, NCERT and CBSE frameworks.
We don't just set up labs. We design and deliver the pedagogy, teacher training and skill-based learning programs that make those labs actually work: covering AI, robotics, drone technology, IoT, coding, and 3D design as integrated learning tools, not standalone products.
As we expand rapidly across schools and learning centres, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can build a sharp, credible brand presence with both school decision-makers (B2B) and parents/students (B2C).
Role Overview
This is not a scheduling-and-designing role.
You will own brand positioning, content strategy, organic growth and founder branding and you will be held accountable for measurable outcomes. If you're looking for a role where you post content and call it a day, this isn't it.
You will work closely with the founders to establish Care Cubs as a credible, visible authority in:
- Composite Skill Labs (CSL) and STEAM Education
- NEP 2020-aligned curriculum implementation
- Experiential and skill-based learning for K–12
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Care Cubs' presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Own content calendars for both B2B (school principals, trustees, academic heads) and B2C (parents, students) audiences — different tone, different strategy
- Lead the creative team: graphic designer, video editor, content writer
- Script and produce high-performing Reels, campaigns and brand storytelling content
- Build founder-led thought leadership on LinkedIn
- Generate content around: student projects, school workshop coverage, CSL/STEAM implementation stories, NEP/CBSE education updates
- Coordinate shoots, event coverage and school visit documentation
- Track analytics weekly; optimize based on what actually works
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and collateral
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in social media, content, or brand marketing — EdTech background preferred and will be prioritised
- Proven track record of growing organic reach and engagement (show us numbers, not just handles)
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content strategy and short-form video
- Experience managing creative teams, agencies, or freelancers
- Ability to write for two very different audiences: school leadership and parents, without defaulting to the same tone
- Hands-on with tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut or similar video tools, LinkedIn analytics
- Strong ownership mindset: you plan, you execute, you fix what's not working
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in founder/personal brand building on LinkedIn
- Video scripting experience
- Familiarity with STEAM, AI, or robotics education content
