Job Overview
Avillion Farms is looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D interior & exterior designer to work on luxury farmhouses, villas, and premium residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D modelling, realistic rendering, interior and exterior visualization, and the ability to convert architectural concepts into high-quality presentation visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D interior and exterior models for luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residences.
- Create realistic interior and exterior renders for design presentations.
- Develop architectural models using SketchUp.
- Create high-quality visualizations using Enscape, D5 Render, and/or Lumion.
- Prepare and understand AutoCAD 2D drawings and working drawings.
- Develop furniture layouts, ceiling designs, flooring layouts, and interior elevations.
- Select and apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and finishes.
- Create exterior elements including facades, landscaping, pathways, terraces and outdoor spaces.
- Produce realistic lighting, materials, vegetation, and environmental elements for exterior renders.
- Prepare design options and visual concepts based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and Project Teams.
- Make revisions based on client, architect and management feedback.
- Ensure accuracy between 2D drawings, 3D models, and final renders.
- Prepare presentation-ready renders, walkthroughs, and design visuals.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Arch / Interior Design / Architecture or related qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in 3D interior & exterior design/architectural visualization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interior and exterior 3D work.
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must submit an updated portfolio showcasing:
- Interior 3D renders
- Exterior 3D renders
- SketchUp models
- Enscape / D5 Render / Lumion projects
- Luxury residential / villa / farmhouse projects, if available
