Job Summary
The HR executive will be responsible for managing employee documentation, HRMS, payroll coordination, attendance and leave records, employee lifecycle documentation, HR audits, and day-to-day employee queries. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong follow-up skills, and timely completion of HR and payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Joining & Documentation
- Collect, verify, and maintain all required documents for new joiners.
- Complete and maintain employee joining forms and personnel files.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, experience, and other employee-related letters.
- Ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Complete biometric registration and activation for all new joiners.
2. Employee Records & HRMS
- Update and maintain the employee roster and master employee database.
- Manage employee data, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR information in the HRMS.
- Ensure timely and accurate system updates.
- Provide guidance and support to employees for effective use of the HRMS.
3. Payroll & Attendance
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly employee payroll.
- Prepare and process worker payroll and maintain related records.
- Prepare and maintain Kharchi records.
- Verify attendance, leave, and payroll inputs before processing.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payroll and attendance discrepancies.
4. Full & Final Settlement
- Prepare and process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.
- Coordinate clearance, recovery, leave balance, attendance, salary, and other settlement-related information.
- Ensure timely completion of exit documentation.
5. HR Compliance & Audit
- Prepare and maintain HR audit reports and supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and compliance-related documents.
- Support internal HR audits and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
6. Employee Support
- Resolve employee queries related to HR, payroll, attendance, leave, policies, and HRMS.
- Provide timely and accurate information to employees.
- Escalate complex employee matters to the HR manager/HR head when required.
7. General HR Operations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all HR and payroll-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
- Support the HR team in various HR projects, reports, and administrative activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all HR records.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Working knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HRMS.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations and payroll.
- Experience in HRMS and payroll processing will be preferred.

- 100% completion of new-joiner documentation.
- Timely issuance of employee letters.

Pay: ₹14,668.65 - ₹25,000.00 per month
