job Title: Fabrication Engineer - Tank Manufacturing (Rolling & Bending Specialist) Location: Manjusar Vadodara, Gujarat Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Engineer specializing in storage tank and fabrication. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in plate rolling, bending shell, and assembling tanks on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the fabrication of industrial tanks, storage vessels, and cylindrical shells. - Manage plate rolling and bending machinery to achieve accurate diameters and profiles. - Calculate exact blank flat lengths, shell development dimensions, and structural layout markings. - Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, tank blueprints, and welding symbols. - Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, and welding quality according to industrial standards Direct machine operators, manage material utilization, and maintain safety protocols on the shop floor. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering. - 3 to 8 years of solid experience in heavy engineering or tank fabrication workshops. - Expert knowledge of 3-roll/4-roll hydraulic plate rolling machines and bending allowances. - Ability to join our team in Vadodara immediately or with a short notice period.
