Position: Tele Caller Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
About the Role
MultiFit Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Tele Caller Interns to support our customer engagement and lead generation activities. The intern will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, explaining MultiFit services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
· Explain MultiFit programs, memberships, offers, and services.
· Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
· Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and follow-up calls.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the assigned system.
· Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.
· Address basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
· Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
· Coordinate with the sales and center teams for customer closures.
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate, undergraduate, or pursuing studies in any discipline.
· Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer handling.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Prior tele-calling or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
