About Big Star Cafe:
Big Star Cafe is an elevated specialty coffee and dining establishment located near the US Consulate General in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to drive operational excellence, staff performance, inventory management, and guest satisfaction across front-of-house and back-of-house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Oversight: Coordinate kitchen, coffee bar, and floor teams for seamless execution.
- Cost & Inventory Management: Conduct weekly stock audits, monitor food costs, manage vendor orders, and reduce wastage.
- Team Leadership: Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and shift rostering.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback, manage platform reviews, and support revenue targets.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 3 to 6+ years of total F&B experience (at least 2 years as Cafe/Restaurant Manager).
- Comprehensive grasp of POS systems, inventory management, and floor logistics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Shift & Schedule:
- 10-Hour Scheduled Shift (9 Active Hours + 1 Hour Rest Interval).
- Monthly Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month + duty beverages.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
