Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will perform reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures, evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality preoperative and postoperative care. The Plastic Surgeon will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, ethical, and effective patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine their suitability for cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
- Diagnose congenital defects, traumatic injuries, burns, and other conditions requiring reconstructive surgery.
- Perform cosmetic procedures such as rhinoplasty, facelift, liposuction, breast augmentation/reduction, abdominoplasty, and body contouring.
- Perform reconstructive procedures following trauma, cancer treatment, or congenital abnormalities.
- Explain surgical options, risks, benefits, expected outcomes, and recovery processes to patients.
- Develop individualized treatment and surgical plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care, including follow-up evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records and surgical documentation.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, dermatologists, oncologists, and other specialists as needed.
- Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Stay current with advances in plastic and reconstructive surgery through continuing medical education and professional development.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery or equivalent qualification.
- MCh/DNB in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (or equivalent recognized specialization).
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery, where applicable.
- Fellowship training in cosmetic or reconstructive surgery is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery (preferred; requirements may vary by organization).
- Experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures is desirable.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
