Webvory is looking for a confident and customer-focused candidate who can handle customer inquiries and convert conversations into sales. This role is a mix of customer support and phone sales, where the candidate will assist customers with dress selections, answer queries, and help increase sales through calls, chats, and emails.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince customers professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, and chat,
- Assist customers in selecting dresses based on their requirements
- Convert customer conversations into successful sales
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Follow up with interested customers and abandoned carts
- Resolve customer complaints and provide quick solutions
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Update customer details and order information in CRM/system
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or Phone Sales
- Comfortable handling US customers
- Strong convincing and communication skills
- Fashion or clothing industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work in US Night Shift

- Experience in international sales or customer handling

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
