Job Title: Micro Irrigation Head
Job Summary
Mobitech Wireless Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a Micro Irrigation Head responsible for designing, executing, and supporting drip irrigation and smart irrigation automation systems. The role involves field surveys, system design, and technical support to ensure efficient water management for farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute end-to-end drip irrigation projects from planning to completion
- Handle irrigation projects covering a minimum of 10+ hectares
- Conduct site assessments and design efficient drip irrigation systems
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of irrigation systems
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of projects
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Train and guide field staff and technicians.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in drip irrigation or related field
- Proven experience in handling projects of at least 10+ hectares
- Strong knowledge of drip irrigation systems and components
- Experience in end-to-end project management
- Good communication and team management skills
