Sriji Computers is looking for a proactive and customer-focused System Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to support and maintain IT infrastructure, end-user systems, and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Microsoft technologies, network administration, and IT support processes, with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 Support
- Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Assist users with mailbox access, email configuration, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and related issues.
- Support user account management, password resets, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup, and license assignments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Microsoft 365 and user access issues.
System & Infrastructure Administration
- Manage and support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and Windows Server environments.
- Perform software installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and assist in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Network & Security Support
- Assist in the administration and management of network infrastructure and firewall systems.
- Support network connectivity troubleshooting and basic security configurations.
- Help maintain a secure and reliable IT environment.
Service Desk & Incident Management
- Log, track, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using the organization's ITSM/ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when required.
- Ensure incidents are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide timely updates and effective communication to end users throughout the support process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Understanding of Microsoft Intune and Company Portal.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and network administration.
- Experience with IT ticketing tools such as Jira Service Management or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of firewall and network management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
- Exposure to endpoint management, security policies, and support processes.
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments.
