We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, coordinating with marketplaces, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth order processing to drive online business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Create and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory)
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Process and track orders, returns, and refunds
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
- Handle customer queries and complaints on online platforms
- Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data
- Coordinate with marketing team for digital campaigns (SEO, ads, social media)
- Maintain product catalog accuracy and quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail
- Knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with product listing optimization
- Knowledge of inventory management tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
