Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement
Handle courier dispatches and collect incoming parcels
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks
Arrange meeting rooms and ensure required materials are available
Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory when required
Assist in loading, unloading, and shifting office materials
Ensure office equipment and common areas are properly maintained
Perform any other support duties assigned by the administration
