Job Role:
We are looking for a Field Executive who can help and support drivers on the ground. The person will guide drivers, solve their issues, and help them complete the onboarding process smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Help drivers with registration and onboarding
* Explain app usage, incentives, and benefits
* Support drivers with basic issues and queries
* Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
* Maintain simple daily reports
* Achieve assigned targets and field activities
Requirements:
* 0.6–2 years experience in field work or customer support
* Good communication skills
* Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
* Able to travel and work in the field
* Freshers can also apply
