Job Summary
A Park Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of guests within the park. They assist visitors, monitor park activities, and maintain facilities to provide a pleasant and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about park attractions, rules, and directions
- Monitor rides, play areas, and public spaces for safety compliance
- Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure guest safety
- Maintain cleanliness of park areas including walkways, seating, and restrooms
- Assist in crowd management during peak hours and events
- Report any hazards, damages, or incidents to supervisors
- Support emergency procedures and basic first aid if required
- Help in opening and closing duties of the park
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum high school qualification (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours
Preferred Qualities
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Prior experience in hospitality, amusement parks, or customer service is a plus
Working Conditions
- Outdoor work environment
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- May require standing for extended periods
