About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project plans, drawings, and technical reports
- Supervise construction activities and site operations
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve engineering issues
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material usage
- Review structural designs and construction methods
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or related engineering software
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional engineering certification/license
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards
